Contract BC Dean

In consideration of the covenants and agreements contained herein and intending to be legally bound by the terms of this contract, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

Party A hereby appoints Party B to the position of Dean of Law at the University of British Columbia (UBC), effective as of the date of this agreement.

Term Appointment
